Location and Contact Information
Our office is conveniently located just minutes from the Long Island Expressway (I-495). Take the Round Swamp Rd. exit (Exit 48) South past the Mobil Station and the Race Palace. Bear right at traffic light (follow curve of road, Round Swamp Road becomes Old Country Road). Make first right turn (~a few hundred feet~) just past the sign for our office. The building is perpendicular to Old Country Road. We have three parking spaces reserved for our patients; if those are full there are unmarked parking spaces behind the building.
